Open Gym

Bieger International Gymnastics offers open gym time for adults and students to practice what skills they want. Open Gym is supervised, but unstructured gym time for students to explore the gym and to practice on their own. The coach on duty has many duties and areas in the gym to monitor for safety and may not have the time to spot. .

Fee: $10 at the door or $80 for 10 open gyms
