Bieger International Gymnastics offers open gym time for adults and students to practice what skills they want. Open Gym is supervised, but unstructured gym time for students to explore the gym and to practice on their own. The coach on duty has many duties and areas in the gym to monitor for safety and may not have the time to spot.

(60 Minutes)
This is a structured class with a coach that is leading the conditioning and exercises so the price is a little bit higher. It is $15 for the first person in the family, $10 for the second and $5 for each additional family member. There is no discount card for this open gym.
