Good luck to our Level 3 team for their first meet of the season at the Arabian Nights Invitational February 13-14. GO BIG!

Bring a friend February 8th - 12th. Bring-A-Friend Week is an exciting opportunity for our students to have a friend join them in a gymnastics class. It is fine, if your friend is a beginner. Information.

We are open on Presidents’ Day (February 15th) for all regular classes as well as team practices.

Bieger International Gymnastics is offering traditional Gymnastics and Cheerleading experience from the beginner to the highest level in a clean, fair and drug free environment.

The youngest children will learn to develop motor skills, coordination, and have an introduction to physical activity. Further they will learn to follow directions, to listen, to learn gymnastics terminology, basic gymnastics skills, body position and will be introduced to gymnastics equipment.

After completing the basic levels, children will be introduced to competitive gymnastics with skills, physical conditioning, and team bonding. The goal will always be to help them enjoy every step of the process to learn gymnastics.

The highest levels of gymnastics are the Optional and Elite levels. These programs set higher standards as they build on the basic skills and strive for excellence. Our goal is to introduce every child to gymnastics and keep them in the sport, as long as possible, providing them fun and challenging life experiences.
